Directions
Take 1 ounce (30mL or 2 Tablespoons) daily. Best if divided 15 mL (1 Tablespoon) in A.M. and 15 mL (1 Tablespoon) in P.M. Shake well before using. Combine with 8 ounces of water or juice. Should take product with food. Avoid freezing or heat. Refrigerate after opening.
