At Nutricity.uk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@nutricity.uk using the same email address associated with your order.
Note: Return requests from unverified email addresses may experience delays.
After Your Request:
- We’ll verify your order and the reason for return.
- If eligible, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.
- Print the label, attach it securely, and follow instructions for pickup or drop-off.
Return Methods
- Courier Pickup: Available in most metro areas across the United Kingdom.
- Self-Shipping: Use Royal Mail or a reliable courier if pickup is unavailable. We reimburse up to £5 with proof of postage.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless they are faulty.
- Supplements or consumables must be sealed and not expired.
- Returns of free gifts or bundles must include all items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened supplements or nutrition products
- Personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 1–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- If you self-ship, reimbursement for postage (up to £5) will be included if a receipt is provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a faulty, expired, or incorrect product, contact us immediately.
