At Nutricity, we do our best to ensure every order is correct. If you receive an item in error, or accidentally return the wrong item to us, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
If You Received the Wrong Product
If you received a product that you did not order:
- Do not open or use the item.
- Contact our support team immediately at support@nutricity.uk.
- We will provide a free prepaid return label and instructions to return the incorrect item.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged and includes all accessories and packaging.
- Once returned, we’ll ship the correct item or issue a refund per your preference.
If You Sent Us the Wrong Item by Mistake
If you accidentally returned a product that was not originally purchased from Nutricity:
- We are generally unable to identify or return items not purchased from our store.
- Items mistakenly sent to our warehouse may be safely disposed of or recycled.
- We cannot offer compensation or liability for unintended items returned to us.
