We strive to offer easy returns on most items. However, some products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. This policy applies to orders placed on Nutricity.uk and fulfilled directly by us.
Note: If an item listed below arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, you may still be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please visit our Returning Faulty Products page for assistance.
Non-Returnable Products
- Health and Hygiene Products (if opened or seal broken):
- Opened dietary supplements, protein powders, or capsules
- Medical and diagnostic devices (e.g., thermometers, test kits)
- Personal care items (e.g., trimmers, skincare, toothbrushes)
- Intimate wellness products
- Opened food, beverages, or nutrition bars
- Opened pet food or treats
- Digital & Licensed Products:
- Digital downloads (eBooks, fitness guides, meal plans)
- Opened or redeemed software/license keys
- Gift Cards:
- Nutricity e-Gift Cards (unless required by UK law)
- Third-party prepaid/gift cards
- Hazardous or Restricted Goods:
- Aerosols, pressurised sprays
- Flammable liquids or gels
- Any product labelled as hazardous or restricted by courier
- Clothing & Intimates:
- Opened or worn undergarments (excluding unused sports bras)
- Tampered or Incomplete Products:
- Items missing barcodes, serial numbers, or tags
Additional Conditions
- This policy applies only to change-of-mind returns.
- If your product arrived faulty or incorrect, it may still be eligible for return or replacement.

Recycling & Safe Disposal
If your item is not returnable, please dispose of it responsibly. Use certified local recycling programs or electronics drop-off centres within the UK.
