Find a Missing Item from Your Package
Ordered from Nutricity but something appears to be missing from your delivery? Whether it's a protein tub, shaker, or gym gear — here’s how to troubleshoot and get help fast.
1. Check for Split Shipments
Larger or multi-item orders (especially supplements + gear combos) may arrive in separate packages:
- Log in to your Nutricity account and visit Your Orders to view all shipments.
- Look for separate tracking numbers — the missing item might still be on its way.
- If an item is marked “In Transit” or “Processing,” please allow a little more time.
2. Missing Item from a Delivered Box
- Double-check all packaging materials — sometimes small items like samples or accessories are placed within other boxes.
- Review your invoice for substitutions or note if the item is part of another shipment.
- If the product is confirmed missing, contact us at support@nutricity.uk.
3. Part or Accessory Missing
Sometimes a scoop, cap, or accessory may be overlooked in packing:
- Inspect the product box (including compartments or manuals) for hidden components.
- If not found, submit a return or replacement request from your Nutricity account.
- Or email us with your order number and a description of what’s missing.
4. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t seen the package:
- Check your front door, mailbox, gate, or building reception area.
- Ask household members or neighbors — deliveries are often accepted by someone else.
- If still missing, contact us so we can launch a carrier investigation.
