At Nutricity, we aim to dispatch orders swiftly to provide timely delivery. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service Team using the contact information below within this timeframe.
If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before the order has been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Post-24-Hour Cancellation

After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment.
If you wish to cancel the order after this period, cancellation may not be possible.
In such cases, you may refuse delivery upon arrival.
Once the refused package is returned to us in its original condition, we will process a refund for the product price, excluding shipping costs.

Important Notes

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders cancelled after the 24-hour window or for refused deliveries.
If the returned item is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply.
