Return Shipping

This page explains how return shipping works for orders fulfilled directly by Nutricity UK. Orders from third-party sellers may follow different policies.

Change of Mind Returns

For eligible products returned under our Change of Mind Policy:

  • Return shipping is free for unopened supplements, personal care, and wellness items.
  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging, seals, and documents intact.

Prepaid Return Labels

  • We provide a prepaid Royal Mail or courier label for eligible Change of Mind returns.
  • No deduction will be made if the product is returned as per guidelines.
  • Products marked as “Free Returns within 14 Days” are automatically eligible.

Return Window and Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Product packaging, labels, and invoice must be intact and included.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items may not qualify for return.

Exceptions to Free Return Shipping

  • Items listed on our Non-Returnable Items page are excluded.
  • Returns under £5 in value may be refunded as store credit.

Returns for Damaged, Expired, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item:

  • Nutricity will cover 100% of the return shipping cost.

Within 14 Days

  • Email support@nutricity.uk with your order number and issue details.
  • Attach clear photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • We will issue a prepaid return label or arrange a collection if eligible.

Prepaid and Self-Shipping Options

Using Our Prepaid Label

  • Free for approved returns (damaged/incorrect/change of mind).
  • Collection may be available for bulky items or select postcodes.

Self-Shipping (If Required)

  • If you return the item yourself, we’ll reimburse up to £2.00 in postage costs.
  • Submit a receipt or courier invoice if costs exceed this amount.
  • Reimbursement claims must be submitted within 14 days of dispatch.

Important Instructions

  • Always contact Nutricity Support before returning an item.
  • Include the original invoice and return confirmation email in the parcel.
  • Unapproved returns may be refused or delayed.
