What Makes an Item Eligible?
- Product must be sold and shipped directly by Nutricity.
- It must display the “Free Delivery” badge on its product page.
- Standard shipping option must be selected at checkout.
Why Free Delivery May Not Apply
- The item is oversized or heavy (e.g., large jars, equipment, etc.).
- Your postcode is in a remote or non-serviceable area (e.g., certain areas of the Highlands or Islands).
- You selected Express or Next-Day delivery options (if applicable).
Note: Changing your cart items, delivery address, or selected shipping method may affect free delivery eligibility.

International Orders
Free shipping is currently not available for international orders outside the United Kingdom.
