This page explains Nutricity’s change of mind return policy for items purchased directly through nutricity.uk. These policies apply to Nutricity-fulfilled orders only. They do not limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your rights regarding faulty products.

Nutricity Change of Mind Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. You can return most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is completely free, and your original shipping charges are also fully refunded.

Important Note
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Conditions for Change of Mind Returns
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
- Original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Security seals (where applicable) must remain intact.
- Products must not be resized, altered, or tampered with.
2. Free Return Shipping
Nutricity offers free prepaid return shipping for eligible change of mind returns:
- We will email you a prepaid return label after your return request is approved.
- No return fees or restocking charges apply.
- Your full item price and any original shipping fees will be refunded once the return is processed.
3. Special Return Conditions by Product Category
a) Supplements & Nutrition
For hygiene reasons, openedWe understand that sometimes you may change your mind. You can return most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is completely free, and your original shipping charges are also fully refunded.
b) Non-returnable Items
- Opened consumables (food, supplements)
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Hazardous goods (flammable liquids, aerosols, etc.)
If any of these items are faulty, please follow our Faulty Items Return Policy.
4. Erasing Personal Data Before Returning
If you return a smart device (e.g., trackers, smart gadgets), please:
- Erase all personal data.
- Log out of any linked apps or accounts.
Nutricity is not responsible for any data left on returned devices.
5. International Returns
Currently, Nutricity does not offer change of mind returns for international orders (outside the United Kingdom).
