Delivery Availability and Restrictions

At Nutricity.uk, we strive to deliver orders as efficiently as possible to all serviceable postcodes across the United Kingdom. You can check whether a product is deliverable to your location by entering your postcode on the product page or during checkout.

When Delivery May Be Restricted

There are cases where delivery may not be possible due to courier limitations, legal restrictions, or the nature of the item. If a product cannot be shipped to your address, you will be notified at checkout.

Common Delivery Restrictions

  • Product exceeds weight or size limits set by delivery partners.
  • Product contains restricted materials (e.g., flammable items, aerosols, certain health supplements).
  • Remote, rural, or non-serviceable postcodes with no courier coverage (e.g., certain areas of the Highlands or Islands).
  • Delivery to PO Boxes or restricted areas.
  • Local legal or logistical constraints preventing product delivery.

Note: Product availability and delivery eligibility are dynamically determined based on your entered postcode and product type. We keep our systems updated with real-time courier serviceability data.

How to Check Delivery Availability

  • On each product page, use the “Check Delivery” feature by entering your postcode before adding to cart.
  • At checkout, you will be informed if any item in your cart cannot be delivered to your location.
  • Delivery options may differ based on whether your address is in a metropolitan, suburban, or rural area.

Important Notes

  • Courier partner networks and serviceability can change due to weather, holidays, or regional regulations.
  • Items not eligible for delivery to your postcode must be removed from your cart to proceed with the order.
  • Currently, we offer domestic delivery only. International orders are not supported.
