Replacement Policy

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. At Nutricity, we offer free replacements to eligible customers to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

Note: Replacements are not issued for returns made under our Change of Mind Policy.

How to Request a Replacement

If Your Order Was Delivered Within 10 Days

  • Email us at support@nutricity.uk with your order number and a short description of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product.
  • Once approved, we’ll dispatch a replacement free of charge within 3–5 working days.

If More Than 10 Days Have Passed

We may not be able to offer a replacement after 10 days from delivery. However, you can still contact us and we will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Replacement Eligibility

Your item may qualify for a replacement if:

  • It was delivered within the UK by Nutricity.uk.
  • It was purchased directly from Nutricity.uk and fulfilled by us (not by a third-party seller).
  • The item is still in stock when your request is processed.
  • You return the incorrect/damaged item if requested.

Important Notes

  • If the replacement product is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
  • If the original item is not returned (when required), your payment method may be charged for the replacement item.
  • In some cases, hygiene and consumable items may not need to be returned for a replacement.

Third-Party Items

Currently, we do not offer replacements for products fulfilled by third-party sellers on our platform. For such cases, please contact us to explore refund options.
