At Nutricity, we’re committed to your satisfaction. We offer Free Return Shipping on eligible items, including supplements, wellness accessories, and more. Products marked with a “FREE Returns” badge on their product page qualify for this benefit.
Eligibility for Free Returns
To qualify for Free Return Shipping:
- The item must be sold and shipped directly by Nutricity.uk.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
Return Conditions
- All original packaging, safety seals, manuals, or accessories must be included.
- Supplements must remain sealed for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items over £20 must be returned with tracking.
- Used or damaged products are not eligible unless faulty under UK Consumer Rights Act.
How to Start a Free Return
- Email us at support@nutricity.uk with your order number and return reason.
- Once approved, we will send a prepaid return shipping label.
- Print and attach the label, then drop the item at an eligible return location (e.g. Royal Mail).
Important Information
- Mixing eligible and ineligible items in one return may result in partial refunds.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Customers who return eligible items using their own method may be reimbursed up to £5 with valid postage receipts.

Items Not Eligible for Free Returns
- Products not shipped by Nutricity directly (e.g. third-party vendors).
- Opened supplements, used personal products, or items marked “non-returnable” during checkout.
- Items that did not display the “FREE Returns” label at the time of purchase.
Returning a Gift
If you received a gift and wish to return it, please email us with the order number or gift receipt. Refunds for returned gifts are issued as store credit.
