Return a Gift

Received a fitness supplement or gym accessory as a gift from Nutricity.uk? We make it easy for gift recipients to return eligible items — even without a receipt or original account.

Gift Return Eligibility

You can return a gifted item if the following conditions are met:

  • The product was sold and fulfilled directly by Nutricity.
  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is not listed on our Non-Returnable Items page.

All gift returns follow our Return Policy and Return Shipping guidelines.

How to Return a Gift Without a Gift Receipt

  1. Contact Support: Email support@nutricity.uk stating you received a gift and want to return it. We’ll help create or link a guest return account if needed.
  2. Provide Details: Share any order-related info you can:
    • Packing slip or Order ID (if available)
    • Gift sender’s name or email
    • Description of the item
  3. Get a Return Label or QR Code: We’ll issue a prepaid label or QR code with drop-off instructions.
  4. Package & Ship: Safely pack your item and drop it at an eligible courier location (e.g., Royal Mail) or request a pickup if available.
  5. Receive a Refund as Store Credit: Once received and approved, we’ll issue your refund as a Nutricity Digital Gift Card — usable on any future order.

Important Notes

  • Refunds for gift returns are issued as digital store credit — not to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
  • If we cannot locate the order, we may request the original purchaser’s help.
  • We do not disclose the sender’s personal or order details for privacy reasons.
  • Please erase all saved data from electronics or smart devices before returning.
  • Each return must be packaged individually with its own label/code — don’t combine multiple returns into one box.
