Return Shipping
This page outlines how return shipping works for orders fulfilled directly by Nutricity UK. These policies apply only to products sold and dispatched by Nutricity. Third-party sellers may have separate return conditions.
Change of Mind Returns (Consumer Right of Withdrawal)
As per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery:
- Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days, and the item returned within 14 more days.
- We will refund the full product cost. Outbound delivery charges (if any) are also refunded in most cases.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Free Returns & Prepaid Labels
- Some products may be marked as “Free Returns” — these will include a prepaid label.
- Items that are faulty, incorrect, or damaged will qualify for free returns automatically.
- Contact us at support@nutricity.uk to request a prepaid return label if applicable.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
- Items must include all packaging, labels, and accessories.
- We may decline returns if products are used, damaged, or unfit for resale.
- Returned items are inspected before issuing a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened supplements, health and hygiene products, food items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, you are entitled to a full refund and free return:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@nutricity.uk.
- We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection for larger items.
- Refunds include item cost and original delivery fee (if any).
Self-Shipment Reimbursement (If Required)
- If you're asked to self-ship a faulty item, we will reimburse standard return shipping costs (typically up to £5).
- For higher costs, please provide a valid courier receipt for full reimbursement.
- Claims must be made within 14 days after return shipment.
Before Returning
- Please contact our customer support before returning any items.
- We will confirm your return eligibility and issue an RMA or return label if applicable.
- Returns without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
