How Refunds Are Issued
At Nutricity UK, we aim to make your refund process simple and clear. Most refunds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout — whether you purchased health supplements, personal care, or wellness items.
How to Track a Refund
To track your refund:
- Log in to your Nutricity UK account and go to the "My Orders" section.
- Check the inbox linked to your account for a refund confirmation email.
- Monitor your bank/card statement or your Nutricity Wallet balance.
Need Assistance?
- If your refund hasn’t arrived after the expected time, check with your bank first.
- If you're still unsure, email us at support@nutricity.uk with your order ID.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll issue a Refund Confirmation Email. The timeline below starts from that confirmation:

Refunds for International Orders
Currently, Nutricity UK only ships within the United Kingdom. If international orders are introduced in the future, refunds will be issued in GBP at the exchange rate valid on the date of processing.
If You Haven’t Received Your Refund
- Ensure the refund timeframe listed above has passed.
- Look for the credit from “Nutricity UK” or under your order reference number in your bank statement.
- If you chose Nutricity Wallet as refund method, check your wallet balance.
- Still no refund? Email support@nutricity.uk and we’ll help track it for you.
Important Notes
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method by default.
- Alternatively, you can opt to receive a refund as Nutricity Wallet credit (store credit).
- If requested, we can share the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to help your bank trace the refund.
