Undeliverable Packages
Undeliverable Packages
In some rare cases, your order may be returned to Nutricity by our courier as undeliverable. If this happens, don’t worry — we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, including any shipping fees.
Note: Undeliverable orders cannot be re-shipped. If you still want the items, please place a new order through our website.
Common Reasons Why Packages Become Undeliverable
1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Make sure your delivery address is up to date. If an address is incorrect or missing critical details (e.g., flat/apartment number, postcode), the courier may be unable to deliver and will return the package to us.
You can always update your saved addresses in the My Account section of Nutricity.
2. Failed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available at the address or access is restricted, the courier may:
- Leave a delivery attempt notice for pickup instructions, or
- Attempt redelivery.
If the package is not collected within the holding period, it is returned to Nutricity and refunded automatically.
3. Unsafe Delivery Conditions
If the delivery agent deems a location unsafe (e.g., blocked access, restricted entry), they may cancel delivery. Be sure to include safe drop instructions or gate codes during checkout.
4. Package Was Refused
If someone at the delivery address refuses the parcel, it will be returned. This sometimes happens with surprise gifts — we recommend alerting recipients beforehand.
5. Damaged During Transit
Packages that sustain visible damage during shipping may be returned directly to us by the courier. In such cases, we’ll issue a full refund automatically.
