Late Deliveries

If your Nutricity order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date shown at checkout or in your confirmation email, here’s what you can do and why delays might occur.

Common Reasons for Delivery Delays

  • Address Errors: Missing flat/apartment numbers, incorrect street names, or typos can lead to delivery failure.
  • Severe Weather Events: Floods, snow, or other weather disruptions can affect courier routes and cause delays.
  • High Volume Periods: Delays can occur during peak times such as Christmas, Boxing Day, or Bank Holidays.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer depending on courier coverage.

What You Can Do

1. Track Your Order

Log in to your Nutricity account and navigate to the Your Orders section. If your order is still marked In Transit, it’s on its way.

2. Confirm Shipping Address

Review the address linked to your order. If there's an error, update your default address for future orders in Your Account.

3. Verify Payment Completion

If your payment wasn’t successfully processed, your order may have been delayed. Please review your bank statement or email support@nutricity.uk for confirmation.

4. Contact the Courier

If the package has shipped but hasn’t moved in several business days, use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation to contact the delivery provider directly. Check tracking links for couriers like Royal Mail

5. Still Need Help?

If you’ve completed all the above steps and still don’t have your order, please email our support team. We’re here to help.
