Tracking Your Package

Tracking your Nutricity UK order is quick and easy. Whether you've ordered protein, pre-workout, fitness accessories, or apparel — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

How to Track Your Order

  • Log into your Nutricity UK account and go to the Your Orders section to find tracking links and shipping status updates.
  • Check your email for a dispatch confirmation — it contains your courier tracking link and estimated delivery window.
  • If you're unable to locate your tracking email, feel free to contact us at support@nutricity.uk — we’ll resend it promptly.

Track Directly with the Courier

Use your tracking number to follow the shipment directly through your courier:

Multiple Items or Split Deliveries

Some orders — especially larger bundles or mixed-category purchases — may be shipped in multiple packages. Each parcel will have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times.

Haven’t Received Your Package Yet?

  • If your tracking shows no movement or the estimated delivery date has passed, please allow 1–2 additional business days. Courier delays may occur during peak periods or due to weather conditions.
  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, check our Missing Item from Package help page.

No Tracking Info Yet?

Sometimes, tracking data may not sync immediately after dispatch. This may happen because of:

  • A delay in the courier scanning the package into their system.
  • Technical syncing delays between the courier and our store dashboard.

If tracking hasn’t appeared after 24 hours from dispatch confirmation, feel free to email us at support@nutricity.uk.
