Find a Missing Package That Shows as Delivered
Missing Package Marked as Delivered
If your Nutricity order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it yet, please follow the steps below to help track it down quickly.
1. Check for Multiple Shipments
If your order included multiple items (e.g., protein, creatine, apparel, or accessories), they may have shipped separately:
- Log into your Nutricity account and view your order history.
- Select Track Package for each shipment under that order.
- Confirm if the missing item has its own tracking number and is still en route.
2. For Single-Item Orders
- Confirm that the shipping address listed in your order is accurate.
- Check your front door, gate, mailbox, or building reception area.
- Look for any delivery notice cards from the courier.
- Ask housemates, family members, or neighbors if they received the item on your behalf.
- Wait an extra 48 hours — occasionally, packages marked “Delivered” are scanned early by the courier and arrive shortly after.
3. Still Can’t Find It?
- Email our support team at support@nutricity.uk.
- Include your order number and tracking number for the fastest resolution.
Note: If the item was shipped by a third-party supplier (uncommon at Nutricity), we’ll help confirm and guide you on the next steps or connect you with the seller directly if needed.
4. Contact the Courier Directly
If you have your tracking number, the courier may be able to provide more delivery details, such as:
- The exact delivery location and timestamp.
- A photo showing where the package was left (if available).
