Note: Your order will not be processed until your payment has been successfully verified.
When Will You Be Asked to Verify?
- During checkout, you may be redirected to your bank’s secure verification screen.
- You may receive an OTP via SMS, email, or mobile banking app depending on your card provider.
- In some cases, you may receive an email from us prompting further verification.
How to Complete Payment Verification
- Click the “Verify” link in our email or visit Your Orders on Nutricity.uk.
- Follow your bank’s instructions to enter the OTP or approve the charge via your banking app.
What Happens After Successful Verification?
Once verified, your order will be confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent, and your items will proceed to processing and dispatch.
If Your Verification Fails
- Ensure the OTP is entered exactly as received.
- Check that your contact details with your bank (email, phone) are correct and up to date.
- Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser.
- If the issue persists, try an alternative payment method or contact your bank.
Important Reminders
- Unverified transactions will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
- If you receive a verification prompt and did not initiate a purchase, contact our support team immediately.
